Custom Bodies can start with raw steel like we are unloading here, or we can start with a stock body and customize it to fit your needs.

Here we are fabricating a replacement body for a local propane company. We are using 7" Structural Channel Long Sills with 4" Structural Channel Cross Members on 12" centers.

Long Sill & Cross Member Size and Spacing Individually Tailored to the Customer's Needs.

The Objective is to Achieve Enough Strength Without Adding Unnecessary Weight.

The extra Horizontal Support which is 3" X 3" X .093" Square Tube, matches the height of the Fork Lift Propane Fuel Tanks that this truck will be delivering.

This particular body is receiving a .125" tread-plate steel overlay.

This Body is 16' Long.
Sides have front access doors for hand loading of empty propane tanks.

Not Everybody Wants Rack Sides.

These sides are Fabricated from 1 1/2" X 2" Rectangle Tube. Uprights are 3" Channel. Sides are non-removable.

Additional Features we added for the Customers safety and convenience include a Custom Cargo Net and Steps with Safety Rail.

The Finished Product.

The Finished body is mounted on the customer's truck and matched to the existing Tailgate Platform. Warning Placards are mounted
and the Truck's cab is re-lettered.
